  • Listings on Rightmove.co.uk - the UK's number one property website - on Primelocation.co.uk and on Janhill.co.uk.

  • A "TO LET" sign board on your property.

  • Information on a tenant referencing scheme, indicating tenant's credit history, and their financial suitability.

  • Provision of Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement - ensuring your tenants have signed a binding comprehensive agreement.

  • Provision of a thorough blank inventory ready for you to complete, protecting you from potential disputes when your tenant leaves.

  • Information on deposit schemes helping you to comply with the legal requirements.

  • Contact details of local tradesmen to enable you to carry out required electrical and gas checks.

  • A sign board on your property, subject to your approval.

  • Accompanied viewings.

  • Reference check on potential tenants indicating credit history, and financial suitability.

  • Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement - ensuring your tenants have signed a binding comprehensive agreement.

  • A thorough inventory of the property protecting you from potential disputes when your tenant leaves.

  • Information on deposit schemes helping you to comply with new legislation.
